Delivery Information


Delivery:
  • Orders placed online will show delivery options at checkout:

      • Please note - parcels being delivered to Denmark or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient’s closest Parcel shop. You will be notified by the courier with regards to the postal office that you will need to collect your parcel from, this will usually be the recipients local postal office.
    • EVERYWHERE ELSE: Please contact the Kublox Sales Team with individual requests & we will be happy to arrange this for you. Please supply the following information and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with a shipping quote. If the quote is acceptable to you, then we'll raise an invoice which can be settled via PayPal prior to dispatch:
      • Which Products & Quantities of each that you'd like to purchase
      • Name of recipient & delivery address.   
      • Contact Email/ Phone Number 

  • All items ordered before 2pm (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched next working day.
  • All UK orders over £100 are eligible for free-shipping.
  • We do hold stock of best selling products however in some instances demand may mean that we offer the option for the customers to "Pre-order" and request they allow up to 14 working days for delivery; if this is the case we will inform you of the closest delivery date possible.
  • On receipt of your order we will process it and email you an acknowledgement to confirm details and provide you with an approximate dispatch date.
  • A confirmation email together with relevant courier tracking details will be sent to you on dispatch. Any problems will be quickly communicated to you.
  • The majority of our couriers will offer a "No Signature Required" option for UK based customers. If you request for the delivery to be left without a signature in a safe place this will be done so entirely at your own risk and should the parcel go missing, we cannot be held liable for the missing parcel. Please note that if the courier does not deem it completely safe to leave your order without a signature then they will not do so. 
  • Delivery dates are given as an estimate. Delivery times within a 24 hour period unfortunately cannot normally be stipulated.
  • We strongly advise that all goods are checked on the day of delivery to ensure parcels are as per carrier paperwork & in good condition. If items are either missing or damaged then write on carrier paperwork and inform Kudos Equilibria Ltd immediately. Do not discard the packaging as all returns require items to be returned in their original packaging.

      • All deliveries made via courier must be carefully checked and signed for as Kudos Equilibria Ltd cannot be liable for any damages or shortages if goods have been signed for as received in full and in good condition.If there is an issue please:

          • Identify damage accordingly on carrier paperwork.
          • Contact Kudos Equilibria Ltd within 48 hrs using our online "Return Notification Form"
          • Take pictures of the damaged item as we will need images to pursue any claim with the courier.
          • Do not use the product or a full refund will not be possible.
          • Please ensure that you include the original delivery note with your return. If you no longer have this, please include confirmation of your name, address and order number.
          • Return items in their original packaging.

            • Please note we only refund carriage if the goods arrived damaged. Any non-damaged/ non-faulty returns will incur carriage costs.
            • Kudos Equilibria Ltd accept no liability for claims made via the PayPal returns refund service. Kudos Equilibria Ltd are in no way associated with the PayPal free returns service.
